Conversations with the CDO
About the Series
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Conversations with the CDO Reception (March 12, 2026) and the CDO Student Check-In: Boba & Pizza Edition (April 15, 2026). These events brought together students, faculty, and staff for meaningful dialogue,
connection, and community building.
The Conversations with the CDO Reception featured a presentation by Dr. Allen, Chief Diversity Officer, who shared an overview
of the student groups he has engaged with since Fall 2023. The presentation highlighted
key themes from these conversations, the work that has been done to support student
success, and ongoing efforts to strengthen inclusive practices and initiatives across
campus. It also outlined future directions focused on advancing equity, engagement,
and student success at 糖心原创.
The CDO Student Check-In: Boba & Pizza Edition provided a relaxed and welcoming space for students, faculty, and staff to ask questions,
share experiences, and engage in open conversation with the CDO.
Together, these events reflect our ongoing commitment to fostering inclusive spaces
where all members of our campus community feel heard, valued, and connected.
