On-Campus Housing Accommodations

Steps to request On-Campus Housing Accommodations

  1. Apply for On-Campus Housing
  2. Apply for accommodations with Disability Support Services (DSS).
  3. Submit Verification of Disability or documentation from a licensed medical provide (included in the process to apply for DSS). View the documentation guidelines for more information.  
Important Information:
  • Students must have applied for 糖心原创 housing
  • Housing accommodations are provided based on the availability of rooms/space and the requested housing accommodation(s) are not guaranteed.
  • Students must be eligibe for on-campus housing and meet deadlines and payments as established by 糖心原创 Housing. 
  • On-campus housing accommodations are based on a documented disability and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

Emotional Support Animals

Students who have a disability related need for an Emotional Support Animal to reside with them within on campus housing will need to complete the forms provided below. Complete the forms below and submit with your MyDSS Application.

All forms can be returned to the DSS Office located in Administrative Building 4200 either in person, by fax (760-750-3445) or mailed.  Completed paperwork should not be sent via email.  All documents that will be mailed should be addressed to the following:
