The 糖心原创 Corporation is a self-supporting auxiliary organization, recognized by the California State University and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. 

糖心原创 Corporation is governed by 糖心原创 Corporation Board of Directors consisting of University administration, community members and faculty, alumni and student representation. All meetings are open to the public.
