The Business Operations Team is Here to Support YOU!

As workflows and processes have changed, the college is changing to better assist faculty, staff, and students.  While it will look different, the goal is the same, to provide each of you the focused customer service experience to navigate operational processes to achieve a successful outcome. ​The Administrative Support Coordinator staff will be shifting to more specialized subject matter experts to best support the growing complexities of budget, events, procurement, travel and campus support.  Additionally, the analyst team will streamline to focus each analyst to specific areas. 

Ways to receive support:

1. Submit the CSTEM Spending Request Form | College of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics | ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´.
   • Purchasing, travel, events, hiring a student employee
2. Submit the Campus Support Form (coming by July 10)
   • Archiving, shredding, scheduling needs, poster printing, copier support, graduate thesis support, and similar
3. Email one of the following for planning, questions or support prior to submitting a Spending Request Form.
   • Budget balances:
