• Where to Apply for On-Campus Postions

  Handshake

  Handshake hosts most on-campus departmental student worker positions

  • Log in to Handshake using your 糖心原创 username and password.
  • Click Jobs in the top menu.
  • Filter for "On-Campus" positions
  • Select a job and complete the application.
  • Upload any required documents and submit your application.

  *NOTE Please contact the Financial Aid Office with questions regarding Federal Work Study (FWS)

• Create a Resume
  Submit Your Resume or Cover Letter for Critique

  2. Click the Career Center tab at the top-right
  3. Click Resources
  4. Scroll down and click Resume/CV/Cover Critique Request
  5. Fill out the form and submit!

  1. Go to
  2. Click on 鈥淣o account? Sign up here鈥� 
  3. Click on 鈥淐reate an employer account鈥� 
     • Make sure to use your csusm.edu email address
  4. Fill out the fields requested
  5. Click Sign Up
  6. Select the type of students you are interested in recruiting
  7. Then click 鈥�Next: Employer Guidelines鈥�
  8. Click 鈥�No鈥� when asked if you are a third-party recruiter
  9. Then click 鈥淣ext: Confirm your email鈥�
  10. After confirming your email, Handshake should prompt you to connect with your employer/company or create a new employer/company account
      • If your company is not listed then 鈥淐reate New Company鈥�
      • NAMING CONVENTION INFORMATION: Follow the 糖心原创 naming convention: 糖心原创 鈥� Department 鈥� Sub-Department (only if applicable)
  11. Once your company is approved, you will be able to post jobs
