"Daily Dose of Mindfulness" is an opportunity for all 糖心原创 community members to experience guided mindfulness practices with a facilitator. D.O.S.E. is an acronym for dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins, four of the most important neurochemicals that influence how we feel, think, connect with others, and respond to life鈥檚 challenges. Together, they shape our motivation, emotional stability, relationships, and resilience.
Daily dose sessions include a variety of different practices ranging from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. These practices could include breath meditation, body scan, mindful eating, mindful movement, compassion and loving kindness practices, visualization and other mindful activities. No prior experience necessary.

All are welcome including partners, pets, friends and family!
Sus hijos, esposos y compa帽eros de casa son bienvenidos.
When participating in mindfulness activities through the virtual platform, we agree to adhere to the following principles and actions to ensure the best experience for all:
Sessions will start August 31st and run through the fall semester except for holidays.
This semester we will be offering Tai Chi on Tuesdays from 12pm to 12:30pm in Serenity Circle outside SBSB. Tai chi is a form of martial art that started in ancient China. By combining martial arts and meditative movements, tai chi promotes the balance and healing of both mind and body and is used primarily for health purposes today. There are many different styles of tai chi, but all involve slow, relaxed, graceful movements, with each movement flowing seamlessly into the next. No prior experience necessary. Bring a friend, a family member, or a colleague.
Try some of our pre-recorded offerings as well!
