As a working professional and father, I pursued the Fully Employed MBA at CSU San Marcos to formalize and elevate the business acumen I had developed over time as an architect transitioning into leadership. While my experience had been built in practice, I was looking for a rigorous academic framework that would sharpen my strategic perspective and support continued growth as a leader.

As a CSU alumnus, I鈥檝e long believed in the system鈥檚 role in expanding access and opportunity, and this program reinforced that commitment.
