Approved Course Lists
For Liberal Studies students with catalog years before FALL 2025, Approved Course Lists (ACL) are color coded based on the year the student started the LBST major or the requirement term. Each color-coded ACL contains requirements specific to a catalog year, and requirements differ between colors, so it is crucial to follow the correct color-coded requirements.
For students beginning in Fall 2025 and later, Approved Course Lists will be listed by catalog year.

FALL 2026 - for students in catalog year FA 2026
FALL 2025 - for students in catalog year FA 2025, SP 26, SU 26
GREEN ESM ACL 2022 - 2024 - for students in catalog years FA 2022, SP 2023, FA 2023, SP 2024 and FA 2024
GREY ESM ACL 2021 - for students in catalog years FA 2021 and SP 2022
GOLD ESM ACL 2019 - 2020- for students in catalog years FA 2019, SP 2020, FA 2020 and SP 2021
