Julian Parra is a financial services executive and board director with more than 35 years of experience in commercial banking, capital markets and wealth management. He is founder of Parra Strategic Advisory, where he advises business leaders on growth, governance, succession and financial strategy.

Julian most recently served as National Head of Commercial and Industrial Banking at Western Alliance Bank and previously held senior leadership roles at Bank of America. He serves on the boards of the CSU San Marcos Foundation, Junior Achievement of San Diego County, the County of San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce and the San Diego Foundation. He is past Chair of the San Diego Regional EDC.

Julian holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
