Esther Phahla is the Founder and President/CEO of Esther N. Phahla, CPA, A Professional Corporation, a Temecula, California Professional Tax Services Firm specializing in tax planning, tax resolution, tax preparation and business consulting for small businesses and individuals. Esther is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California and a Certified Tax Strategist (CTS) dedicated to helping small business owners and individuals design an optimal tax strategy, because it鈥檚 not how much you make, it鈥檚 how much you keep.
Esther holds a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Golden Gate University and a Law degree from South Africa. Esther uses a Close Personal Attention approach in serving her clients because every client鈥檚 needs and goals are different. She keeps up to date with tax law changes by taking professional education coursework every year. Esther currently serves as the Chair of the Board for the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce and president of the Rotary Club of Temecula, and has held numerous leadership roles within Toastmasters International, District 12, including District Director. She is a past Board member of the Susan G. Komen Inland Empire. Esther belongs to several professional organizations: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants where she served on the Commission for Belonging, and American Institute of Certified Tax Planners.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling and reading.
