Faculty Care Facilitator
Sharon Kim, MSW, MPA serves as ÌÇÐÄÔ´´â€™s Faculty Care Facilitator (FCF) and values offering faculty a calm, informal, and supportive space to talk through concerns, explore next
steps, and connect with appropriate support. Previously a lecturer for the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ Social
Work Department, Sharon is a social worker by training and and also brings extensive
experience in mental health services, complex care coordination, and resource navigation
to her work as Faculty Care Facilitator.
Consultations with Sharon are:

*except where disclosure is required in situations involving imminent and serious
safety risk, mandated reporting, and Title IX obligations.

Speaking with Sharon does not replace making referrals to CCN, Title IX/DHR or contacting Critical Response
Team services when needed.
