The Office of Conflict Resolution is designed to help students, staff and faculty
members build, support and sustain a culture of care, respect and resolution. By addressing
conduct that disrupts our learning, living and working environments, we endeavor to
reduce and resolve conflicts through services and support that foster a welcoming
environment.
By offering a diverse range of services and fostering collaboration across the campus
community, we aim to cultivate and maintain an environment where all members can thrive

Supporting Strategic Goals
The Office of Conflict Resolution directly supports Goal 4 of the strategic plan. By addressing Other Conduct of Concern (OCC) and inappropriate behaviors, we cultivate and deepen a space for discourse and civility, creating stronger relationships and a healthier campus environment.
OCR empowers ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ to resolve OCC and other conflict – not avoid it. We are then free to focus on deeper learning, innovation and student success. This is more than managing disputes – it’s about building a campus where respect, belonging, care and well-being are central to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ community.
