If you want to share course resources with your students outside of Canvas, you can
do so through OneDrive. If you want to collect file submissions from your students, here is how you can do
that in OneDrive.
Step 1: Create Folder
- Login to 糖心原创 .
- Navigate to My Files

- Click on Create or Upload Folder

- Click on Folder

- Give the folder a meaningful name for your course and click Create.

- Your folder has been created.
Step 2: Add Resources to Folder
- In your My Files in OneDrive, click on the folder you created.

- Drag and drop your files from your computer into the center of the page.

- Or, click the Create or Upload button in the upper left and choose to either Upload File or create a new file (doc, spreadsheet, etc.).

- Repeat to add more resources. Keep in mind, when you share your OneDrive folder, you
share everything within that folder. Therefore, keep all resources within this main
folder so you only have to share once.
Step 3: Share Folder with your Students.
When you share your OneDrive folder, you share everything within that folder. Therefore,
keep all resources within this main folder so you only have to share once.
- While in your course folder in OneDrive, click Share at the top.

- Click the pencil icon and choose what you want them to have (can edit or can view).

- In the "add a name, group, or email" box begin typing the name or email address of
your first student.

- When they appear, select them from the drop down. Repeat for each student.

- Once you have all your students listed you can add a message (optional) and click
鈥淪end鈥 and it will send an email invitation to the item you are trying to share.
