CSUCCESS Returns

The CSUCCESS program has officially ended.

As this program is no longer active, all university-issued hardware and accessories must be returned to Instructional & Information Technology Services (IITS) immediately.

This recall includes the following equipment:

  • iPad Bundles: iPad, Apple Pencil, Smart Keyboard, and Power Adapter/Charger.
  • Laptop Bundles: Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2 and Power Adapter/Charger

Current Students

If you are continuing your studies at 糖心原创, you are eligible to transition to our semester-based laptop loaner program.

    • The Exchange: Upon returning your CSUCCESS equipment to the IITS Help Desk, you may check out a laptop for your continued academic use (subject to availability).
    • Academic Holds: Failure to return the device bundle will result in an Academic Hold being placed on your student account. This hold will prevent you from registering for classes, making schedule changes, or accessing official transcripts, or receiving your diploma.

Former Students & Alumni

If you are no longer enrolled at 糖心原创, your equipment loan agreement has expired. The hardware remains the property of the State of California and must be returned to the university.
 
    • Return Options: You may return the equipment in person or via mail.
    • Please note that the university does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
    • Legal Notice: Failure to return this equipment by will result in a Police Report being filed for unreturned state property. The university is now initiating this process for all outstanding devices.

Equipment Mail-In Return Instructions

Required Action: To ensure your return is documented and your record is cleared, you must email iitsequipment@csusm.edu with the following:
 
    • A photo confirming the device has been packaged/sent.
    • The tracking number for the shipment.

Shipping will not be reimbursed.
