Mohammad Oskoorouchi

The College of Business Administration is proud to recognize Dr. Mohammad Oskoorouchi and Chandler Williams for their exceptional service and the meaningful impact they continue to have on our community, especially during the 2025–2026 academic year.  Dr. Mohammad Oskoorouchi has been a dedicated member of the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ College of Business Administration for nearly 24 years.

Mohammad joined the college in 2002 after earning his Ph.D. in Management Science from McGill University and has since served in numerous leadership roles, including Director of MBA Programs, Associate Dean, and Director of Graduate Programs. Today, he serves as Director of Graduate Programs and Accreditation, where he continues to guide initiatives that strengthen graduate education, accreditation, and long-term program growth.

Over this past year, Dr. Oskoorouchi has also helped govern and support a new MBA specialization in Sustainability created by the Management department and a new BSBA offering to be held at the Southwestern campus in Chula Vista. He is also leading the college’s AACSB reaccreditation process, guiding, coordinating, and writing the Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) report in preparation for the Fall 2026 CIR reaccreditation visit. Mohammad’s leadership and service throughout his time as Associate Dean and other roles has directly contributed to program innovation, enrollment growth, and the financial sustainability of the college. His thoughtful and collaborative leadership has also made a lasting impact for our students.

Chandler Williams ÌÇÐÄÔ´´

Chandler Williams has become an essential member of the Dean’s Office team since joining ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. Earlier this year, she transitioned into the role of Administrative Coordinator to the Dean’s Office, taking on expanded responsibilities during an important period of transition for the college.

Before joining the College of Business Administration, Chandler worked at Nike and served as an Assistant Store Manager at Everytable in the San Diego area. Those experiences helped shape the calm, organized, and people-centered approach she brings to her work every day. In her current role, Chandler supports major college operations and events, assists faculty and staff across departments, and helps maintain continuity and efficiency within the Dean’s Office. Her reliability, adaptability, and willingness to help have made her a highly valued colleague and an important part of the college community.

Together, Mohammad and Chandler exemplify what service looks like at its best, especially in a year that called for adaptability, leadership, and a strong commitment to community. Their contributions continue to strengthen the College of Business Administration and enrich the experience of students, faculty, and staff.
